Sample Approval &
Production Process
Special profiles are usually designed and produced
according to the needs of customer’s requirements.
After we receive the technical data of the
profile by customers, Promotech technical team works
to find the most suitable solution on the project and
offers the proposal to customers as soon as possible.
This proposal includes technical and commercial information.
After it is turned into an order, the die production phase begins.
Depending on the cross-section of the profile,
it takes between 30 and 90 days to send samples.
Samples are sent with all technical reports in accordance
with customer demands. After approval, mass production is
completed between 15 days and 45 days.
This time may change depending on the profile, its geometry
and the amount of the profile. Although the minimum
order quantity can changeable, it is generally around 1000 kg
